LinkedOut by Entourage is an innovative project helping marginalized people (homeless, refugees...) access employment. LinkedOut uses a unique method to mobilize employers, through positive technology and citizen mobilization, in order to give new visibility to the CVs of excluded people. During the test phase in 2019, 73% of applicants have found employment in less than 3 months and in 2020, despite the COVID-19 crisis, more than 55% of candidates were recruited.
