LinkedOut by Entourage is an innovative project helping marginalized people (homeless, refugees…) access employment. LinkedOut uses a unique method to mobilize employers, through positive technology and citizen mobilization, in order to give new visibility to the CVs of excluded people. During the test phase in 2019, 73% of applicants have found employment in less than 3 months and in 2020, despite the COVID-19 crisis, more than 55% of candidates were recruited. LinkedOut operates in the Ile-de-France (Paris area) and Lille, and aims to learn from B4IG coalition members on how to scale up nationally and to form stronger partnerships. The Crédit Agricole Group supports the LinkedOut project and would like to integrate LinkedOut profiles within its ecosystem partners.
