The Pledge
Each Chairperson or CEO of B4IG member companies has signed The Pledge, which covers the key areas of Inclusive Growth: advancing human rights in direct operations and supply chains; building inclusive workplaces; strengthening inclusion in company value chains & ecosystems; and developing adapted tools to measure and value the impact of inclusive business.
The working groups
Together with experts from the OECD as well as partners and academics, representatives from B4IG member companies work to implement The Pledge and turn collaboration into concrete business actions for inclusive growth. As knowledge is created and shared, Working Groups are leading to new projects, tools and commitments to trigger systemic change and monitor progress in the three areas of The Pledge.
The financing forum
The Financing Forum evaluates ongoing inclusive growth funding mechanisms and creates new partnerships and opportunities that bring more funding sources together to advance inclusive growth. The annual B4IG Financing Forum roundtable facilitates the exchange of expertise and best practices, and acts as an efficient marketplace for impact investors, national authorities and corporations seeking inclusive growth financing opportunities.
The incubator
The Incubator explores specific local solutions that can be more broadly applied across geographies and economic sectors. It accompanies viable projects developed and implemented by the member companies as they test, accelerate and scale novel approaches to inclusive growth. In 2020, the Incubator selected the first cohort of 12 projects from diverse industries all over the world.
