B4IG Incubator – Path to Migrant Professional Inclusion

As one of the world’s biggest fast moving consumer goods companies, Henkel has been working since 2016 with Deutsche Post-DHL, Deutsche Telekom, and the German Federal Employment Agency, in order to offer long-term language and vocational training to refugees. Refugees receive the opportunity to convert a multi-stage internship into an 18-month fixed-term employment relationship. To date, 100 applicants have raised their German language level, an essential first step! Henkel aims to learn from the B4IG coalition to increase its number of beneficiaries and replicate its approach.
