B4IG Incubator – Path to Migrant Professional Inclusion

As one of the world’s biggest fast moving consumer goods companies, Henkel has been working since 2016 with Deutsche Post-DHL, Deutsche Telekom, and the German Federal Employment Agency, in order to offer long-term language and vocational training to refugees. Refugees receive the opportunity to convert a multi-stage internship into an 18-month fixed-term employment relationship. Henkel aims to learn from the B4IG coalition to increase its number of beneficiaries and replicate its approach.
