B4IG member companies work together with OECD experts, partners, and academics to turn collaboration into concrete business actions for inclusive growth. At present, they are focused on addressing inequalities through six key themes: Human Rights, Inclusive Workplaces, Supply Chains & Ecosystems, Impact Measurement, Just Transition, and Young People.
Working Groups’ collaborative efforts have resulted in the creation of guidelines, methodologies, statements, and programs to fight inequality locally, nationally, and globally. These actions work to trigger a systemic change and monitor progress in the three areas of The B4IG Pledge.
