INCLÚYETE promotes and facilitates the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. It is through a marketplace platform that the project works and connects with corporations and organizations. INCLÚYETE facilitates access to jobs that comply with labor regulations and accessibility standards, ensuring the compatibility of jobs with the needs of disabled people. The program includes a web platform and mobile application, experts to assess companies and candidates, as well as support on onboarding disabled people and social inclusion. The project team aims at facilitating the professional inclusion of people with disabilities all over Latin America.
With a clear vision in mind, the project team was able to make the following achievements during their participation in the acceleration program:
INCLÚYETE joined the acceleration in a very early project phase and aimed therefore mainly at building contacts and engaging with the right partners in their ecosystem. The acceleration program provided a great networking opportunity to the project. Firstly, the project team achieved to network with multinational corporations from the B4IG program who are also working on social impact models within their businesses. Secondly, the team was also able to engage with key business chambers, corporations and organizations from Mexico and Latin America that can be potential partners for the INCLÚYETE project.
B4IG enhanced the receptivity from corporations and organizations to collaborate with INCLÚYETE because it provided an encouraging framework for the program.
The acceleration program and in particular the peer mentoring session, that gathered over 50 participants, helped to increase the visibility of the INCLÚYETE project among key actors and allowed to develop concrete ideas on how to move forward, together with partners, on some of the main challenges identified.
